Philosophy
We are Project Managers for all kinds of digital projects, but we love Drupal and we were trained in the best professional services departments in the world. Now, as long time developers with hands on experience in Drupal and with combined experience of around 100 years we are building relations with clients, optimising their go to market strategies, now we are ready to say we can offer a drupal technical project management practice that is constructed to deliver quality and keep all resources involved in a awesome experience. We think of our drupal projects as life experiences trying to make the commercial or technical impediments just minor impediments not the main topics of the project.
Execution
We always start small, with a team that can clearly define the scope. We have a project manager, a technical lead and a business analyst. Initially you receive just 2 persons, one that is both a Drupal Grand Master and a certified Project Manager, helped by a very organized and detailed business analyst.
We consider the discover, define, design phases just another project that delivers clear requirements that can help the Agile process take place. We know for sure that an Agile methodology with a SCRUM framework work best if you have a solid base for the business requests. You can't just define a very high level goal for people not in contact with your business, developers and the technical team need a bit more details.
The next phase and the last one is the ability to deliver and manage software execution. I know many of you would say there are more phases but for us is only one, where we build, test, document and deliver in production the value requested by the business. You can't deliver and deploy software if you do not have a documentation. We do not leave this for last.
